All service and warranty cases must be booked in on this form, before sending them to CCR Lab. If you are sending items from outside the UK, please contact us before shipping them to find the best solution for your inquiry. 

Each service type requires a service form to be completed, printed, and enclosed in the box when shipped to us or sent seperatly by email.

When shipping items to CCR Lab, we kindly request that you pack the parcel securely to prevent any damage in transit and that you use a shipping provider that delivers to our address. Postage and return postage are paid by the customer unless agreed by manufacturer.

CCR Lab is not liable for collecting items at delivery points such as post offices. 

If you are claiming the service as a warranty case, we need the date of purchase written on the service form (customer proof of purchase may be required). Otherwise, it will be treated as a regular service at the standard rate.

Important information 

If you need service on flooded equipment that contains batteries, please contact service department for advice before sending service.
